About Rusnita
Rusnita Saleh brings over 30 years of experience in knowledge management (KM), research validation, and policy evaluation across government, corporate, and development sectors. Her core expertise is ensuring that research outputs are credible, policy-aligned, and practically usable by diverse stakeholders.
She has worked with development partners such as The WorldBank, DFAT, GIZ, ADB, IFC-PENSA, ILO, and UNICEF, contributing to KM systems and evaluation strategies in areas including social protection, digital governance, and public service innovation. Rusnita has played key roles in initiatives such as Single Window Services (SLRT), Conditional Cash Transfers, and Cashless Food Assistance, where she provided advisory and validation support to ensure data credibility and program learning.
Her strength lies in bridging technical research with real-world policy needs—transforming evidence into actionable knowledge products. She has developed learning platforms, dashboards, and validation frameworks that support data use, adaptive management, and institutional decision-making.
She is also experienced in applying digital tools and AI-supported systems to enhance KM functions, enabling responsive, user-focused knowledge sharing.
Role in the Study
As Knowledge Validity Expert, Rusnita will lead the validation of findings, ensuring the integrity, consistency, and usability of research outputs. She will guide triangulation processes, support the final reporting, and ensure alignment with KONEKSI’s goals of promoting actionable, evidence-based policy. Her role ensures the study delivers knowledge products that are both technically sound and strategically relevant to Indonesia’s policy environment.
