About Rajesh

Rajesh brings over 25 years of leadership and knowledge management (KM) experience, combining a distinguished naval career with expertise in organisational learning, agility, and change. A former senior officer in the Republic of Singapore Navy, he transitioned his passion for people, knowledge, and systems into academia, consulting, and KM practice, earning recognition as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Persons in Tacit Knowledge (2023).

As Director & Knowledge Architect at Acies Innovations and Principal Consultant at iLeadSG, Rajesh has led KM solutions, SharePoint optimisation, and organisational knowledge strategies for both public and private sectors. He also serves as President of the Information and Knowledge Management Society (iKMS), Singapore’s national KM body, championing initiatives such as the Knowledge Ready Organisation Award and the GLOBE KM magazine.

In academia, Rajesh teaches KM strategy and policy as Adjunct Faculty at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). His cross-sector roles position him as a bridge between theory and practice, helping organisations embed KM into decision-making, resilience building, and adaptive learning.

Rooted in servant leadership and shaped by 21 years of naval service - including Commanding Officer, Senior Naval Representative (Singapore) to the US Navy’s Fifth Fleet (Bahrain), and NGO Liaison Officer during the 2000 Tsunami - Rajesh brings deep experience in cross-cultural collaboration, crisis management, and knowledge transfer in high-stakes environments.

He specialises in integrating KM, leadership development, and agile practices to build inclusive, sustainable knowledge ecosystems. A certified Organisation Knowledge Architect with DEI(JB) and sustainable knowledge expertise, he is also a frequent conference speaker and thought leader on KM and organisational transformation.
